Bio Fuels Transfer Facility
This project is part of a $14 M public-
private venture (Global/CP Rail) to
provide railroad access to a bio fuels
transfer facility.
The federal highway funding is with the
following conditions: 1) it will be
funded with highway stimulus funds only
or not at all, 2) it will be funded only
after funds A515
are obligated, and 3)
it will be funded on a first come first
served basis as long as highway stimulus
funds exist beyond the $98M anticipated
on 05/09 for Region 1.
