CDTC's first known TIP was in 1975 and consisted of one page. The TIP is a prioritized list of federal-aid projects. CDTC's current TIP is prioritized by assigning equal priority to all project elements in the same federal fiscal year. The TIP in 1975 had projects grouped by "First Priority", "Secondary Priority", and "Alternatives".
