The Policy Board of the Capital District Transportation Committee (CDTC), the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the four county region of Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga and Schenectady (excluding the Town of Moreau and the Village of South Glens Falls), will meet on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.

The main agenda items include a presentation on the Federal Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, presented by Ron Epstein - NYSDOT Executive Deputy Commissioner/CFO, with discussion on the 2022-2027 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Solicitation and the 2022-2023 Unified Planning Work Program Solicitation.

CDTC’s Policy Board will also discuss and act on the below TIP amendment:

  • Add the NYSDOT Route 146 over the Normanskill Bridge Replacement project in the Town of Guilderland to the 2019-2024 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) as a new project with a total cost of $5.324M.
