The Capital District Transportation Committee (CDTC) is organizing a Pledge to Ride campaign in lieu of the annual spring Bike to Work and Bike to School Challenges. Everyone in the Capital Region is encouraged to pledge to ride a bike at least once between May 1 and June 5, to celebrate May as National Bike Month and to enjoy a safe and healthy trip. Adult participants who tag themselves on a ride with #518PledgetoRide on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram will be entered to win a one-month CDTA bus pass, a one-month membership of CDPHP Cycle! Bikeshare, or a one-year Cruise membership of Capital Carshare.
