CDTC has been working with the Town of Malta and the Town of Glenville on two Linkage Program Planning Studies related to Complete Streets. The final reports have been posted to our website and are available for download.

In the Town of Malta, CDTC worked with the Town and NYSDOT to evaluate the feasibility of reconfiguring the Route 9 corridor from Cramer Road to Knabner Road into a complete street. The Malta Final Report contains a detailed technical analysis with a summary of findings and recommendations for next steps.

In the Town of Glenville, CDTC worked with the Town and NYSDOT to analyze existing conditions and research alternatives on Freemans Bridge Road from Route 50 to the Mohawk River for future street design and land use controls that will enable safe, attractive, and comfortable access and  travel options for all users. The Glenville Final Report contains a detailed vision, a summary of existing conditions, concept plan and implementation recommendations.
