| Highway Condition Projection Model Software (8.4 meg) : The Highway Condition Projection Model is software written by CDTC for the purpose of projecting conditions of a highway system based on various inputs, including funding. This program works in Windows XP and doesn't require large amounts of RAM or hard drive space. The download is an executable file that will unzip itself when executed. After unzipping, run the program HCPM.exe. It does not need to be installed. |
