1.0 AGENDA AND MEETING NOTES REVIEW

 

The April 2005 meeting minutes were approved.

 

2.0 PROJECTS/PROGRAMS AND OTHER UPDATES

 

Presentation—Possible Thruway trail connections

Lindsay Childs, Guilderland Pathways Committee

 

Lindsay Childs presented potential routes of a possible trail connection from Guilderland to Bethlehem, mainly along NYS Thruway right of way.

 

The remainder of the meeting entailed a “working” session summarizing and discussing the  needs and goals of a hypothetical Regional Greenway System.  County level maps were utilized to delineate possible connections.

 

 

3.0 UPCOMING EVENTS

 

-        The next CDTC Bicycle and Pedestrian Task Force meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 14, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. at the CDTC Offices.
