1.0 New Business
1.1 MPO Spending –J. Purvis handed out a graphic showing different bike/ped spending levels for MPO’s of similar size. Some updates were required and will be provided in February. These figures are for discussion and basic comparisons.
1.2 New Visions 2035 - CDTC is working on updating the New Visions Plan for the 2035 planning horizon. J. Purvis would like the Task Force to have discussions on well the 2030 plan was implemented…a ‘how’d we do’ of sorts. There was a lot of discussion about the priority network. Several suggestions were made to improve the priority network. They included having a matrix to help define which projects would fall on the network, a sequence of advice or review capability to make projects better, additional public outreach, and setting a threshold so that X% of funds be spent on the Priority Network. It was agreed that Jason will put together a summary of the action items from New Visions 2030 and this will be a major topic of discussion for February.

CDTC is working on the 35mm film for movie theaters. There was a lot of discussion related to ‘what other web activities’ would be appropriate. Partnership opportunities were identified as well as several ideas for expanded outreach. Jason has reached out to the NYSDOT Main Office marketing department and the Sanctuary for Independent Media.
