CDTC's staff serves as a resource to the Policy Board and Planning Committee, carrying out the assignments of the Policy Board and Planning Committee through the Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP). The staff also identifies opportunities for additional efforts or improved techniques. The trust level that exists in the CDTC environment has produced a very stable staff situation that encourages initiative and creativity.
The staff seeks to apply a diverse set of skills to ensure that CDTC's deliberations are founded on solid technical work and broad public access. The staff also represents CDTC at public meetings.
