8/23/06                Receive 5-year cost, scope, schedule data from Region One and other sponsors for order of

                              magnitude information

 

9/26/06                Conduct order of magnitude survey of:

Cost changes & project delays to existing projects

Funds moving from Post column to 5 years

 

8/23/06 mtg.        Report to Planning Committee the status of:

Order of magnitude of cost changes to existing projects (Deferred to 10/4/06)

CDTC funding allocation information (Deferred to 11/1/06)

                              Determine whether or not to solicit for projects (Deferred to 10/4/06)

 

8/25/06                Send solicitation letters as per Planning Committee meeting (deferred)

 

10/4/06 mtg.        Report to Planning Committee the status of:

               Order of magnitude of cost changes to existing projects (From 8/23/06)
Review the following:

Any major project issues

Implications of major projects on programming capacity

                              Determine not to solicit for projects yet (From 8/23/06)

                              Determine order of magnitude of funding changes to existing projects (From 11/1/06)

                              Determine funding levels for programming for new projects (From 11/1/06)

 

11/1/06 mtg.        Determine and resolve the following:

CDTC funding allocations (From 8/23/06)

                                             Order of magnitude of funding changes to existing projects (Done 10/4/06)

                                             Funding levels for each round of programming for new projects (Done 10/4/06)

                              Determine form and timing of solicitation for CMAQ projects

                              Determine form and timing of solicitation for Safety projects
