Project Description

Corridor Management Initiative

This is for studies on land use aspects of corridor protection, access management, master planning and zoning regulations.

$0.092M for the NY 5 Transit Oriented, Mixed Use Catalyst Project Linkage Study in the City of Schenectady was funded in the 2006-07 element. CDTA will hold the contract as part of its FTA grant and will provide its portion of the match through in-kind services.

$0.230M from this project will be used to fund a Corridor Management Initiative study to identify an access management plan for the NY 5 corridor.

Project A514 was funded as a drawdown on this project in the 2007-12 TIP.
