Fund alternative fuel vehicles, fueling stations, and vehicle retrofits.

Projects funded from this set-aside: T83, A498, S184, S185 & S186, and for the 13-18 TIP: A551 & S215 .

Drawdowns from this set-aside must consist of a new TIP project.
