Project Description

Transit Signal Priority on NY 5, Between and in the Cities of Albany and Schenectady

Provide unconditional transit signal priority at all intersections using technology consistent with that developed for the NY 5 "Best Bus", including "Smart Bus" components. Currently 32 intersections have conditional transit priority and the other 40 have none.
