Project Description
Canadian Pacific Railway’s Ballston Spa Siding This project must compete for Stimulus funds for Rail. It would construct a second main track between Ballston Spa and Saratoga Springs to improve operations into Saratoga Yard and the Saratoga Springs Amtrak Station.
