Project Description
Spring Run Trail Construction Construct Trail from East Avenue to I-87. This project also includes several feeder trails to city streets. As of 5/4/11 this project is not capped. The project was funded with the requirement of at least a 50% local match instead of the normal 20%. Cost reflects low bid. NYSDOT increased con. funding.
