State Street: City Line to Erie Blvd

Washington Ave: NY 5 to I-890

Reconstruction with curbing, water line and closed drainage system replacement, water/sewer relocations, replace conduit, replace traffic signals, sidewalks, install raised median, crosswalks, midblock crossing on Washington at SCCC, pedestrian signals and curb ramps, bike facilities, bike racks, transit facilities and landscaping.
