The CDTC Planning Committee approved transfer of CMAQ to STP-Flex for this project on 11/7/07 from 2007-08 and after.

$4.25M STP-Flex funds were transferred from CMAQ for FFY 2008-09. By amendment, $3.0M STP-Flex funds in 10-11 are actual STP-Flex. Other STP- Flex funds are contingent upon a transfer of the amount shown from CMAQ. This anticipated transfer is assumed in CDTC's budget estimates.
