Watervliet Shaker Road, from Karner Road to Albany Shaker Road: Corridor Improvements, Phase 3 Phase 3 is from New Karner Road to Sand Creek Road Private financing is per GEIS mitigation process, and shown as local funds here. The amount available at construction is used, with available STP-Flex making up any difference. Later mitigation fees will be held in escrow to offset costs of other projects. 2003-04 work includes enviornmental mitigation for project A275 from the 2001-06 TIP. Phase 1 was project A294 from the 1997-02 TIP. Phase 2 is A372 .
