Project Description

Watervliet Shaker Road, from Karner Road to Albany Shaker Road: Corridor Improvements, Phase 2 Phase 2 is from Sand Creek Road to Albany Shaker Road Private financing is per GEIS mitigation process. None was available at the time of construction, so STP-Flex made up the difference. Later mitigation fees will be held in escrow to offset costs of other projects. 2003-04 work includes enviornmental mitigation for project A275 from the 2001-06 TIP. Phase 1 was project A294 from the 1997-02 TIP. Phase 3 is A453 . This project is complete.
