Selkirk Bypass
This is a new two-lane road from US 9W
to Texas Eastern. The road will be
called NY 396 and replace the existing
NY 396. The US 9W Corridor Study will be
funded as part of this project. The
study is $0.075M and has funding splits
of 50% federal and 50% local.
Cost was not adjusted for inflation
since 2001. Determination of the
appropriate inflation adjustment will be
made as the Route 9W Linkage Study and
other project development work are
completed.
Additional funding is dependent on
identification of a fund source.
