Selkirk Bypass

This is a new two-lane road from US 9W to Texas Eastern. The road will be called NY 396 and replace the existing NY 396. The US 9W Corridor Study will be funded as part of this project. The study is $0.075M and has funding splits of 50% federal and 50% local.
