Widen NY 85 from two to four lanes from
the Albany City line to Blessing Road.
Includes corridor-level engineering and
right-of-way acquisition.
Phase 1 is A349
from the 1999-04 TIP,
and Phase 2 is A242
.
Final design (estimated at $1.0M) and
construction (estimated at $10M) have no
funding commitment from CDTC.
Additional funding is dependent on
identification of a fund source.
