The lists of obligations (for which there are links on this page) are two separate lists
with no intended overlaps. The transit-oriented list is provided by CDTA. The other
is from NYSDOT. These lists of obligations are SAFETEA-LU compliant in that projects
with bike/ped components are labeled as such.
