CDTC is pleased to announce the availability of funding for small scale grants through the 2019 Capital Coexist Traffic Safety Ambassador Program. Capital Coexist is CDTC's bicycle and pedestrian safety education campaign and eligible projects for this funding include bicycle education group rides, helmet rewards, bicycle skills training, development of educational materials and "pop up" events (i.e. infrastructure demonstrations, bike maintenance/repair stations, street events, featured bike/ped educational speakers, etc.). There is a 25% local match with a maximum request of $5,000. The submission deadline is January 31, 2019.
