On February 7, 2018, CDTC's website suffered a catastrophic failure due to circumstances beyond our control. Since that time, numerous individuals have worked to debug and rebuild the content of the website. Staff has also taken steps to ensure that if a failure occurs in the future, adequate backups are in place.
