Governor Andrew M. Cuomo announced that Audi of America Inc. is the first company approved to perform an autonomous vehicle demonstration in New York State. Earlier this month, the Governor announced that New York is now accepting applications from companies interested in testing or demonstrating autonomous vehicles on public roads. The company plans to conduct the first such demonstration in state history, beginning in the City of Albany near the State Capitol in on June 13.
