The New Freedom Program Funding Application and Budget Spreadsheet is available above.
The New Freedom funding program was created to encourage services and facility improvements to
address the transportation needs of persons with disabilities that go beyond those required by
the Americans with Disabilities Act. Applicants may include private non-profit organizations,
state or local governmental authorities or operators of public transportation services
including private operators of public transportation services.
Applications are due on May 29, 2009.
A workshop will be held on May 6th at 1:30 pm at CDTC’s offices to review the
eligibility and reporting requirements of the New Freedom Program.
