Town staff compiled all of the priorities worksheets and comments submitted at and after the March public workshop.  A SAC meeting was held near the end of May at which the SAC reviewed the public comments and other information related to the public workshop as well as how to proceed from there.  Some SAC members provided their recommendations while others indicated they were not ready to comment; it was decided that staff will craft a draft recommendation statement reflective of the comments expressed by the committee.  Staff will then seek SAC feedback prior to distribution to the general public. Consultant selection is planned for mid-July, to be followed by a meeting of the study advisory committee.  The Study team will meet with the selected consultant in July to nail down scoping details.  A formal kick-off meeting is planned for early August.  Traffic data collection to continue through July.
