Albany Education District Enhancement Study $95,000 BFJ Planning	CDTC staff inventoried the study area for a variety of transportation and land use related issues and provided the data to the consultant. Albany County/Town of Colonie/Town of Guilderland: Railroad Avenue Corridor Study $50,000 Barton & Loguidice	The Contract paperwork is being completed. Colonie (Town)/City of Watervliet/Village of Menands: Route 32 Redevelopment Plan $50,000 River Street Planning	The consultant selection team met in mid- November. The consultant team of River Street Planning/Susan Blickstein/CLASite/TAP was selected to conduct the study. The study kick-off meeting is scheduled for January 8th.	The consultant will begin to collect the inventory data as described in the scope of work. Delaware Avenue Hamlet Enhancement Study (Bethlehem) $75,000 Riverstreet Planning	The study team is finalizing revisions to the draft document language on draft concepts and continues to explore implementability of various concepts in coordination with NYSDOT Region 1 staff.	Once the study team completes its work on revisions to the draft transportation improvement plan a SAC meeting will be scheduled. Guilderland Center Neighborhood Master Plan $30,800 Behan Planning	A public meeting was held on September 24.  Preliminary findings were presented.  Strong support was expressed for sidewalks, pedestrian access, speed calming, and finding ways to reduce truck traffic in the hamlet area.
