Albany Education District Enhancement Study $95,000 BFJ Planning	Members of the study advisory committee reviewed the constultant's work to date in detail and are preparing material to send to the consultant.	The consultant will begin to prepare the draft report in August.  The next public meeting will be scheduled in September and the next study advisory committee meeting will be scheduled at a later date.  Focus group work will be completed and further refinement of the draft recommendations will be undertaken. Albany County/Town of Colonie/Town of Guilderland: Railroad Avenue Corridor Study $50,000 Barton & Loguidice	The first Study Advisory Committee meeting was held in May followed by a smaller technical group meeting attended by the consultant, the study sponsors and CDTC staff to facilitate data sharing and transfer.  The consultant prepared th existing conditions profile and a business owner survey which was reviewed by the SAC.	The next SAC meeting is tentatively scheduled for August 11th at 9:30 am at CDTC	Anne Benware, CDTC Elizabeth Staubach, Albany County
Colonie (Town)/City of Watervliet/Village of Menands: Route 32 Redevelopment Plan $50,000 River Street Planning	The second public workshop was held on July 13th. The consultant presented the draft concepts plan and collected feedback on the plan.	The consultant will incorporate the feedback they received from the second public meeting into the draft plan.  The SAC will review the second draft and provide comments. Delaware Avenue Hamlet Enhancement Study (Bethlehem) $75,000 Riverstreet Planning	The consultant is wrapping up work on the final draft transportation improvement plan and the streetscape and design guidelines. Hamlet of New Scotland Area Master Plan $50,000 Consultant to be Selected	New project funded under the 2010-11 Community and Transportation Linkage Program.  The signed MOU was received from the Town. Town of Sand Lake: Hamlet Linkage Study $55,000 Elan Planning	The consultant presented existing conditions and several land Use and Transportation alternatives at the public meeting on July 27th.  The public discussed various options in detail and resposnded positively. Schenectady Route 5 Transit Gateway Study $65,000 IBI Group	The final Advisory Committee meeting was held on June 23rd to review the draft report.	The consultant will finalize final draft plan and report soon, after which a presentation by City staff to the City Council will be made.  The intent is to move toward formal adoption of the plan.
