Bethlehem Route 9W Corridor Study $75,000 Wilbur Smith Associates	Town staff compiled all of the priorities worksheets and comments submitted at and after the March public workshop.  A SAC meeting was held near the end of May at which the SAC reviewed the public comments and other information related to the public workshop as well as how to proceed from there.  Some SAC members provided their recommendations while others indicated they were not ready to comment; it was decided that staff will craft a draft recommendation statement reflective of the comments expressed by the committee.  Staff will then seek SAC feedback prior to distribution to the general public.	The consultant is working on the final report which will be completed pending distribution/feedback on the draft recommendation statement from the SAC. Broadway (Route 32 in Menands) Transportation, Access and Land Use Improvement Study $18,000 Creighton Manning Engineering	CDTC staff and CME are working on a draft report, expected to be completed by the end of June. Delaware Avenue Hamlet Enhancement Study (Bethlehem) $75,000 None Selected	The REI was advertised.  Twenty consultants requested copies of the REI; six responded with proposals.  The proposals were distributed to the consultant selection committee.  The Traffic-related inventory is underway.	Consultant selection is planned for mid-July, to be followed by a meeting of the study advisory committee.  The Study team will meet with the selected consultant in July to nail down scoping details.  A formal kick-off meeting is planned for early August.  Traffic data collection to continue through July. The draft final report will be presented at a public meeting for comment. The final product will be presented to both town boards in a combined meeting or separate meetings once the report is finalized. Schenectady Route 5 Transit Gateway Study $65,000 None Selected	New Linkage Project funded under the 2008-09 Community and Transportation Linkage Program.	A gateway study of an area bounded by Erie Boulevard on the east, I-890 to the south, the area just north of State Street (NYS Route 5) and an area just west of Schenectady County Community College (SCCC) will be prepared.  The study area is designated as distressed through its inclusion in the NY State Empire Zone and the Federal Renewal Community.  This effort builds upon the Route 5 Bus Rapid Transit and Land Use/Transportation Corridor studies. Schenectady Route 5 Transit Oriented, Mixed Use Catalyst Project Study $103,500 for consultant plus $11,500 CDTA in-kind Riverstreet Planning & Development	The final public meeting was held on April 23rd.  Attendance was fairly light but constructive debate occurred with those present.  The consultant team finalized the study report and submitted it to the SAC.  An executive summary was also produced and distributed.	City staff will explore formal adoption of the study report within the City to facilitate follow up on study recommendations/next steps.
