The Transportation Conformity Determination for the Albany-Schenectady-Troy ozone non-attainment area associated with the Adirondack / Glens Falls Transportation Council 2030 Long Range Transportation Plan is available for public review and comment from November 25, 2009 to December 29, 2009.
The conformity determination presents the results of the regional emissions analysis and describes the process and methods undertaken by A/GFTC, CDTC and the New York State Department of Transportation Regions 1, 2, and 9 to demonstrate air quality conformity for the entire seven county non-attainment area.
Written comments must be received by December 29, 2009 to be considered for this conformity determination. E-mail comments may be sent to
