The revised Transportation Conformity Determination for the Albany-Schenectady-Troy ozone non-attainment area is available for public review and comment from October 2, 2007 to November 2, 2007.
The conformity determination presents the results of the regional emissions analysis and describes the process and methods undertaken by A/GFTC, CDTC and the New York State Department of Transportation Regions 1, 2, and 9 to demonstrate air quality conformity for the entire seven county non-attainment area.
Written comments must be received by November 2, 2007 to be considered for this conformity determination. E-mail comments may be sent to
