  • ADJUSTED URBANIZED AREA BOUNDARY (UAB) AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW: At its June 6, 2013 meeting, CDTC Policy Board approved and released the Draft 2010 Adjusted Urbanized Area Boundary (UAB) for public review.   • INFRASTRUCTURE WORKSHOP ON JUNE 14th: Yesterday, the 2013 REDC Guidebook, CFA Application Manual, and CFA Available Resources Manual were released.  They appear online at http://regionalcouncils.ny.gov/. The CFA portal is set to be open to accept applications from June 17th to 4PM August 12th.   I am sure many of you will be involved in the CFA workshops – dates and locations to be determined.   • CDTC CERTIFICATION REVIEW: The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) of the U.S. Department of Transportation have fully certified CDTC as meeting federal transportation planning requirements.  CDTC has prepared a summary of findings of USDOT's full report.
